This chap is based on a Japanese manga character. He was created using the pencil tool and a graphics tablet to create pressure sensitive lines, tweaked with the Pressure tab. The colour fills were created using the pen tool on a separate layer beneath the outlines. The highlights and lowlights were created with the pencil tool.
