Hi Jeannie,

I can't imagine what's going on (sounds really odd!?!) but one thing that usually sorts out everything is to launch the program by clicking on its icon and immediately hold down the Ctrl key - a dialog will come up asking if you want to restore DrawPlus back to its original setup: If you choose yes, you'll overwrite all your settings and potentially lose any custom palettes and things like that if you've made any? I *think* you'll keep your custom brushes and gallery items if you've made any of these, although I'm not completely certain, so if you're unsure then don't try it...

That *should* sort things out, I'd imagine? Let us know how you get on, or maybe post this over at the official Serif forums for more suggestions? (http://forums.serif.com)

Cheers,
Matt

Hello Matt & Jean smile
I had same problem with my XP system & Photo Plus. I had the same Issue with Photo Plus as you have with Draw Plus. For me it happen when I try to clean some registry with CCleaner & once it happens with some Vista Effect with XP. I just uninstall the vista effect & format the system.
Now it works as good as it works before.
My solution :
1) Never Install any Vista Transformation Pack in XP
2) Be careful when you clean some registry
3) Ctrl+Run up sort out so many problem for me smile

Today I also had a problem loading the Internet and my email so I think it must be a problem with my computer rather than any one programme.
I appreciate your advice but I think I will have to transfer some of my many pictures/photos to my spare hard drive as I expect I have too much loaded for the memory to cope.
If it's not that then I will take it to a DR. for a check upwinkwink
Thanks again

I have a similar problem but i learnt how to fix it.
Sometimes my pc won't open drawplus files, usually says they are missing or just fails to open or do anything. If that ever happens...

Ctrl-Alt+Delete - Click processes - Look for drawplus.exe - Click it and "end process". Try running file again, usually works.
